Program Overview

Authentic listening is an essential skill for strong business leadership to foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging. In this program, leaders learn how to listen to themselves and their teams and integrate compassionate habits into their daily business role.

Program includes:

10-week fundamentals course teaching skills and practices of listening experts
Ongoing live coaching support and accountability metrics until listening habits are sustained
