In order to help my littles become mindful, I need to practice being a mindful big. It’s not always easy to be mindful especially in this modern hyper-connected world, but I’m trying to apply mindfulness into my daily routine. I’ve recently developed a regular meditation practice and it’s already helping me in profound ways. And I’m gaining new insights from experts on a regular basis. I’m constantly energized to learn more about this fascinating field. My hope is that sharing some of my perspectives as a “mindful big” can be helpful to other bigs in my community.
