We strengthen connectedness through compassion experiences for all ages.

Founded in 2016, Mindful Littles is the only education organization of its kind engaging students in service through feel-good mindfulness practices and do-good community service.

We bring our innovative curriculum— Mindful Service Learning — to schools and local communities, activating compassionate leadership in our youngest generations.

From service learning field trips to after-school family service projects, we make service easy, engaging and meaningful for all ages. Our programs have reached over 20,000 students benefiting over 40 nonprofit partners, while strengthening student connectedness to their school and local community.

When two elementary schools from two different demographics in Butte County joined forces on a field trip to our long-standing partner, North State Food Bank, to assemble meals for local families in need, it was a unique and powerful experience.

Healing Through Mindfulness: Student-Led Impact After the Camp Fire

In the aftermath of the devastating 2018 Camp Fire, children in Paradise, California, faced trauma, displacement, and overwhelming stress. Mindful Littles responded by turning compassion into action—mobilizing 1,800 Bay Area elementary students to support their peers through mindful service.

When 11 middle school students from Pine Hollow joined Mindful Littles’ Service Peer Leadership Program, they expected to learn about mindfulness and service.
