Designed with input from licensed therapists, our Youth Mental Health programs empower students and grownups alike to overcome stress and anxiety through simple daily feel-good habits, while turning these habits into doing good for themselves and their community.
Program Offerings
Service Peer Leadership for Wellness
Empower your Wellness Team by training cohorts of Service Peer Leaders who foster mindfulness and social-emotional learning (SEL) habits among their peers. This program builds leadership skills while promoting a positive school climate and student well-being.

Program Highlights:
- Full-Year Curriculum Access — Comprehensive resources designed to develop Service Peer Leaders’ SEL skills and peer support strategies.
- Monthly Group Coaching — Ongoing support for Wellness Counselors and School Leads to ensure effective program implementation and leadership development.
- Integrated Evaluation Tools — Measure student growth and program impact with built-in assessments and detailed reports to guide continuous improvement.
Peace & Wellness Kits
Engage student groups in meaningful service to create and distribute peace and wellness kits for children and families in need. This program integrates seamlessly into school clubs, classrooms, or after-school programs.
Program Highlights:
- Digital Access to 8 project-based service learning modules
- Bite-Sized Reflection Prompts for pre/post activity connection
- Family Engagement through optional caregiver guides and volunteer opportunities
- Coordination Support for in-kind donations for kit supplies and kit distribution with local community partners
- Integrated Evaluation Tools – Aligned with Youth Mental Health and SEL outcomes.

Family Engagement Program
Train family liaisons, school leaders and student peer leaders to facilitate afterschool and weekend family service projects or integrate feel good, do good stations into your existing family programs.

Projects can include:
- Peace and wellness kits for children in need
- Peace and Kindness Carnival stations
Program components include:
