Schools Programs

Our schools programs are intentionally designed to cultivate compassionate school communities to restore student connectedness to their peers, educators, families and local communities.

Expanded Learning: Family Service Projects

Bring fun and play through on-site family projects for elementary students AND their families. Together, participants engage in our highly experiential family community service projects.

Choose a project from our catalog to help support children’s hospitals, food banks, shelters, schools, and more.

Projects are facilitated on weekends, after-school or on select service project days.

Student Peer Leadership: Wellness Mentors

Empower student leaders to engage as wellness mentors for younger peers in your school community! Students will activate their sense of purpose, while uplifting their own well-being. We partner with school counselors and educators to coach small cohorts in mindfulness activities they can continue to apply and teach.

Six-week small cohort training includes weekly 60-minute digital facilitation and extensions.

Trained youth leaders are deployed to support student wellness center programs, service project days, mental health awareness week, and other events.

Adult Engagement through Mindful Service

Deepening adult awareness of mental wellness is crucial for positive youth well-being.

Our adult professional development workshops uniquely center around feel good-do good community service projects to serve the greater good.

These programs provide experiential opportunities to foster group connectedness and teach critical well-being habits for adult participants as participants engage in meaningful projects to uplift youth in crisis.

Mindful Littles consistently facilitates unique and engaging experiences for our students, which our entire school community looks forward to and enjoys.
