Our flagship program helps engage participants of all ages in purposeful community action by feeling good and doing good together. Our program participants feel good by mindfully connecting to themselves and to each other, while doing good to support a community in need.
Sustain Compassion through Continued Learning Opportunities
Compassion is most beneficial, and becomes habitual, when practiced synergistically moving through oneself, home, work, school, and the entire community. So we provide digital and physical tools and coaching workshops to foster and sustain habits of compassion in all areas of daily life.
