Join us for a morning of Mindful Community Service to assemble Nourishment Kits for families in need. Kits include snacks and dental hygiene items.

What you will do
- Learn about food insecurity in our local community
- Assemble Nourishment Kits, including food and hygiene supplies
- Learn research-based mindfulness practices to continue at home
- Connect with other local families in the community
Who can attend the event?
This event is for families with kids in elementary school. All children must be accompanied by a registered adult. For youth 12 years of age and up who would like to volunteer, check out our Youth Leadership programs page for more information or contact us.
What should I bring to the event?
If it’s less than 24 hours before the event, no need to notify us. If it’s in advance of 24 hours, please send us a quick message so we can offer your spots to others: info@mindfullittles.org. All registration fees are non-refundable.
What are the COVID protocols?
Please stay home if you or your kids are not feeling well. We prefer all attendees to be vaccinated or wear a mask. We will have hand sanitizer available.
